About Us

UI Health Care Supply Chain Services oversees the full scope of supply chain operations across the organization.

This includes procuring supplies, equipment, and professional services in alignment with University of Iowa Purchasing guidelines. The team ensures that products are sourced appropriately, stocked in the correct locations, and managed effectively to address vendor issues, backorders, and other supply-related challenges.

Vendors interested in working with UI Health Care should visit the UI Purchasing Tools for Vendors page for information on bidding, contracting, sales coordination, and supply procedures.

UI Health Care also engages in group purchasing through Vizient to secure competitive pricing, product value, and reliable delivery of goods and services.
