1.1   The Owner’s Project Manager

1.1.1   The Owner’s Project Manager shall be an employee of the Owner assigned to provide on-site liaison between the Constructor and the Owner.

1.2   The Owner shall issue Sales Tax Exemption Certificates upon receipt of the Subcontractor List from the Constructor.

1.3   Before the start of construction, the Owner’s Project Manager will schedule a preconstruction meeting to discuss requirements in the performance of the Contract. The Constructor shall be represented at this meeting by their Project Manager, the Project Superintendent and the Constructor’s subcontractor(s).

1.4   The Owner's Project Manager will schedule Work progress meetings that shall be attended by representatives of the Constructor, the Project Manager and Project Superintendent, and appropriate Subcontractor(s). Material suppliers shall attend status meetings if required by the Owner.
