University of Iowa Health Care offers opportunities for students, alumni and community members to learn more about our mission of research, education and patient care through interactive experiences and tours. Depending on the age of visitors, interest and intent of the visit, UI Health Care may have an option available for your group.
Tours provide access view various public spaces in University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics, University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital and University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine. Tours can include UI Hospitals & Clinics and UI Stead Family Children’s Hospital, and/or UI Carver College of Medicine. Groups often learn more about the importance of patient service, innovative designs and unique features of the space and what amenities are available to our patients.
Before Your Tour: For safety, security, and patient privacy, we ask that you are familiar with our Guidelines for Your Visit to UI Health Care, where you also will find necessary forms to be completed.
