A continued commitment to serving Cedar Rapids

UI Health Care has served the Cedar Rapids community for many years. Many of the services, including dermatology, family medicine, OB/GYN, pediatrics, sports medicine, and urgent care services, are located in leased space at 411 10th Street SE in Cedar Rapids.

UI Health Care now has the opportunity to purchase the 411 10th Street SE building. With approximately 60% of the building already leased and operated by UI Health Care, purchasing the building will ensure continuity of care for Cedar Rapids patients for years to come, as well as provide future opportunities to expand services. 

The Board of Regents will consider UI Health Care’s request to purchase the location at its July virtual meeting.
